Tee Side Chalet E-Store: Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Tee Side Chalet (hereinafter referred to as “TSC”) e-Store. By accessing or using our online store to rent equipment, purchase parking passes and other items, or to book third-party services and activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before proceeding with any transaction.
For the purposes of this agreement, the terms ‘chalet’ and ‘bungalow’ shall be used interchangeably and refer to the same type of accommodation.
“Property” refers to the entire property at 125 Pasir Ris Road Singapore 519121
“TUAM” shall refer to the operators of Tee Side Chalet, namely Tee Up Asset Management Pte Ltd
1. General Conditions
1.1. By using this e-store, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian.
1.2. All transactions made through this e-store are subject to availability and Tee Side Chalet reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
2. Rental of Equipment
2.1. Available items for rent include chairs, mahjong tables, mahjong tiles, air mattresses, and other related equipment.
2.2. Rented items are to be used exclusively on Tee Side Chalet premises. Any removal of rented items from the property is prohibited.
2.3. All rented items are inspected before handover and must be returned in the same condition. Any damages or losses will be charged to the guest.
2.4. Rental fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
2.5. Extensions of rental periods must be arranged prior to the end of the original rental period. Additional fees will apply for extended usage.
3. Purchase of Guest Parking Passes
3.1. Each Booking is entitled to purchase up to a maximum of TWO (2) Guest Parking Pass (per night of stay), at a special rate of $9.81 (inclusive of GST) each per day. The Guest Parking Passes are valid from 2:00 PM on the day of check in till 10:30 AM on the day of check out. Guest Parking Passes must be pre-purchased at least 24 hours before check-in date.
3.2. Parking passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
3.3. TUAM is not liable for any loss or damage to any vehicle or the fittings or contents of any vehicle parked in the car park.
3.4 Unauthorized or illegal parking will result in being wheel-clamped. The clamp release fee is $218 (inclusive of GST).
4. Booking of Third-Party Activities
4.1. Third-party activities booked via this e-store are provided by independent operators not affiliated with Tee Side Chalet.
4.2. Tee Side Chalet is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during third-party activities.
4.3. It is the guest’s responsibility to review and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by third-party providers.
4.4. Cancellation policies for third-party activities will be subject to the terms provided by the activity operator. Tee Side Chalet is not responsible for handling cancellations or refunds for such bookings.
5. Payment Terms
5.1. All prices displayed in the e-store are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes.
5.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking for rentals, purchases, or third-party activity bookings.
5.3. We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, Paynow.
5.4. Once payment is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made to the order, except in accordance with the relevant cancellation policies stated in this T&C.
6. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
6.1. Tee Side Chalet reserves the right to cancel or modify orders due to unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment unavailability, weather conditions, or government regulations.
6.2. In the event of a cancellation initiated by Tee Side Chalet, affected guests will be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future booking.
6.3. Guests are responsible for notifying us of any cancellations or modifications at least 48 hours in advance for equipment rentals.
6.4. For any cancellation of rental bookings by the guest, a 10% administrative charge will be applied, and the remaining 90% will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental period will not be refunded.
6.5. Once third-party activities or parking passes are confirmed and paid for, they are non-refundable.
7. Liability and Responsibility
7.1. Tee Side Chalet is not responsible for any injury, accident, or loss of property sustained during the use of rented equipment or participation in third-party activities.
7.2. Guests are fully responsible for any damages or loss caused to rented items and will be charged accordingly.
7.3. For third-party activities, any disputes, claims, or issues must be resolved directly with the provider of the service.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
8.2. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the e-store or transactions conducted through the e-store will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
9.1. Tee Side Chalet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the guest’s responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
9.2. Continued use of the e-store following any changes to the Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
